WestJet is headed for Myrtle Beach

One of the most popular destinations for Canadian golfers has a new ally in the friendly skies.

Calgary-based WestJet announced on February 11th that they will be offering non-stop service from Toronto the the Grand Strand region of the Carolinas starting May 2nd.

The twice-weekly service will depart from Pearson International at 9:30 a.m. and arrive at 11:35 a.m., allowing for a round on the same day.  Flights will run on Thursday and Sundays.
